Shipping policy
Low Desert Rock Supply Inc. provides delivery services for landscape and construction materials. By placing an order for delivery, you agree to the following terms:
Delivery Requirements
Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the delivery site, including proper clearance, stable ground conditions, and absence of obstructions.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, site conditions, or customer unavailability, additional delivery, standby, or rescheduling fees will apply.
Placement of Materials
Exact placement of materials cannot be guaranteed. Final placement is at the driver’s discretion based on site conditions, safety, and equipment limitations.
Once the delivery vehicle leaves the public roadway at the customer’s direction, all associated risks are assumed by the customer.
Property Damage Disclaimer
Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage occurring on or beyond the delivery site, including but not limited to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, landscaping, and underground utilities.
Unattended Deliveries
If Customer is not present at the time of delivery, materials will be delivered based on the instructions provided at the time of order.
Unattended delivery constitutes full acceptance of material, quantity, and placement.
Delivery may be documented via photo, GPS, or driver confirmation, which serves as proof of delivery.
Material Variations
All landscape and aggregate materials are natural products and may vary in color, size, and composition.
Materials may contain naturally occurring fines (dust/small particles), typically ranging from 10–20%, which are not considered defects.
Quantities & Acceptance
All materials are sold by weight, volume, or estimated measurement. Quantities are determined using standard industry methods and are considered final.
Any claims regarding shortages or incorrect materials must be reported at the time of delivery. Acceptance of materials constitutes full acknowledgment that the order is complete and correct.
Final Sale on Delivered Materials
All delivered materials are considered final sale once unloaded at the delivery location.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 30 days for eligible items, subject to approval. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Customer is responsible for return transportation.
Delivered materials, special orders, and used or altered materials are non-returnable.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Orders canceled after material has been loaded or dispatched are subject to full charges.

Prices are subject to change without notice based on market conditions, material availability, and delivery factors.
