Return & Cancellation Policy

Low Desert Rock Supply Inc. maintains the following return, cancellation, and order policies to ensure fair and consistent service.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returned materials must be unused, uncontaminated, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for all return transportation and handling costs
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% of the total order amount may apply
  • Prior approval is required before any return will be accepted

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Delivered materials that have been dumped or placed on-site
  • Special order or custom materials
  • Materials that have been used, spread, altered, or mixed

Material Variations

All landscape and aggregate materials are natural products and may vary in color, size, composition, and fines content. Materials may contain naturally occurring fines, typically ranging from 10–20% of the product. These variations are normal and are not considered defects or valid reasons for return.

Quantities & Acceptance

All materials are sold by weight, volume, or estimated measurement. Quantities are determined using standard industry methods and are considered final.

Any claims regarding shortages or incorrect materials must be reported at the time of delivery or pickup. Acceptance of materials constitutes full acknowledgment that the order is complete and correct, and no claims will be accepted thereafter.

Will-Call Orders

Will-call orders will be held for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If the order is not picked up or scheduled for delivery within that time:

  • The order may be canceled at our discretion
  • A refund will be issued minus a restocking fee of up to 25%

Order Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

The following fees apply:

  • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 25% of the total order
  • Orders canceled after material has been loaded or dispatched will be subject to full charges

Delivery Orders

All delivered materials are considered final sale once unloaded at the delivery location.

Unattended deliveries constitute full acceptance of material, quantity, and placement.

Low Desert Rock Supply Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Material once it has been delivered and dumped
  • Placement dissatisfaction if the customer is not present at time of delivery
  • Damages resulting from improper use, handling, or installation

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Actual receipt of funds may vary based on the customer’s financial institution.
